Staff are seeking job satisfaction more than ever before. It is no longer acceptable for business to concern itself merely with profit and a company's success is no longer measured by its financial performance alone.
Traditional organisations are beginning to lose out from those organisations that have the foresight and heart to do good in the world. The business world is starting to reference a much broader definition of performance and a new triple bottom line; Planet, Profit and People.
Doing good is a fundamental duty of modern corporate life. Companies are never too small to make a difference. Taking moral responsibility for the improvement of the world we live in is an infectious quality. Little by little the efforts of individual businesses can create the momentum we need to improve our world.

YesTax donates 2.5% of all fees to children who live in poverty. As of the end of October 2022, we are delighted to announce that we have donated over £200,000 to vulnerable children around the world.
As well as achieving a milestone £200,000 of giving, we have transferred ownership of the business to the employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. Employees who own a stake in the business are far more likely to be invested in its long-term success. For us, this can only mean Good Business.
